Entertainment News, Hot Celebrity: American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez is producing and possibly starring in a live action film remake of the iconic franchise, Deadline reports. According to the site, Lopez will play detective Carmen Sandiego, the ACME agency’s greatest detective who becomes the world’s greatest thief. It’s up to Carmen’s partner to determine whether she’s really a thief or a hero!
The film will be produced by Lopez, her Nuyorican Production partners’ Benny Medina and Simon Fields and Underground Films’ Nick Osbourne, Trevor Engelson and Devin Andre, according to Deadline. Lopez and her team will work with Walden Media, which creates properties that challenge kids. The first Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego educational game was released in 1985; it is now used as a teaching tool in more than half of elementary schools nationwide. The game also inspired a children’s game show on PBS that aired from 1991 to 1995.

“I am working hard and fulfilling my obligations every single day, to the court as well as myself,” the actress continued. “If I travel, its for work and its been approved. As is anything I do when I leave the state. I’d appreciate it if people will just let me do what is asked of me, so that I can get my life back. Please ignore the reports which have no truth to them. Thank you.”
“I am not to be made an example of anymore,” she wrote on her WhoSay account on Friday, apparently aiming her words at TMZ, which, on Thursday, first reported Lindsay was no longer performing her community service at the Women’s Center.

Celebrity Gossip, Actress Nude Photo Leaks, Actress: Christopher Chaney, 35, was arrested Wednesday and charged with 26 counts of computer hacking, aggravated identity theft and wiretapping. He faces a maximum penalty of 121 years in federal prison.
Calling the investigation “Operation Hackerazzi,” officials say Chaney hacked into the personal e-mail accounts of dozens of people in the entertainment industry. The indictment also lists Christina Aguilera and Mila Kunis.
“This [arrest] comes as a relief to the victims, many of whom suffered great distress,” Steven Martinez, assistant director in charge of the FBI’s L.A. field office, said at a news conference.

The baby weighed in at 7 lbs., 7 oz. and measured 20 inches long, but his parents have not yet decided on a middle name.
“It has to be Spanish but something non-speakers can pronounce without mauling,” she said.
Early on in the pregnancy, the Ugly Betty star admitted that she and her hubby were just not agreeing on a name for their baby!
Ortiz and musician Noah Lebenzon were married on June 9, 2007 in Puerto Rico.
