BOB MARLEY’S FAMILY Settles Fishy Trademark Suit

Bob Marley‘s widow and nine of his children filed a suit against Richard Booker for trademark infringement, claiming he was selling a slew of products — including fish cakes, fish sausage, energy drinks, concerts and more — by slapping Bob’s face on them.
But Booker fought back and filed a counter-suit, claiming Bob himself gave him permission to use his famous name just before he died.
According to docs filed this month, the fam and Booker put the whole mess behind them and settled their beef out of court.
Booker’s lawyer, Michael I. Santucci, tells TMZ, “This was a very sensitive case because the legacy of a great man and family were at stake. From what I have learned about Bob Marley, he would be very happy, especially that his family is now at peace. Both parties were happy with the settlement agreement.”

Celebrity Gossip: Kim Kardashian got Flour Boom Thursday while she was going to Bla Bla on Red Carpet, west Hollywood. Kim Kardashian, Huge Boober, Hot Butts-er, now she got big bombed.
The reality star was on the red carpet in Hollywood on March 22 when a woman ran up behind her and emptied a bag of white flour over her head, shouting what appeared to be “fur hag”.
“This was a Dress for Success charity event so I wanted to come back for all of the women involved,” the 31-year-old told Us Weekly after graciously returning to the red carpet, flour-free. ”But I’m okay! That was insane! I laughed it off and came right back!” she continued. “I took 10 minutes to dust it off and came back to do interviews. When I came back, I just said I asked my makeup artist to bring me powder — and that I didn’t think he would bring that much!”

The Reality Star was receiving $100,000 worth of gifts in August. A Close source reporting that Kardashian did write a check to the Dream Foundation, a “wish-granting organization” for adults, in the amount of $200,000.

Man City Badboy Gets Redcard From Shopping Mall

Man-City Badboy, Mario Balotelli, Italian striker, 21, was browsing the shops at Manchester’s Trafford Centre with pals when he was approached by a security guard.
The £100,000-a-week star was told the centre operated a “no hoods” policy but declined requests to uncover his head.
Mario said he didn’t want people recognising him while chilling with his friends.
So the guard, who was apparently a Blues fan, sent Mario packing.

Hot Entertainment News – Snoop Dogg Cancels EU Tour and Auze Music Festival - Snoop Dogg has cancelled his forthcoming European tour and pulled out of headling Snowbombing 2012, the Austrian snowboarding and music festival.
Couple days ago we posted Snoop Dogg was arrested from owning Marijuana/weed. Hopefully it could be the cause of cancelling the EU tour and Auze music festival.
A press release from the festival states: “We are extremely disappointed but we are now working around the clock to replace him. We will have an update for you soon.”
